General FAQs

There is no requirement to book for our general valet services.
Our systems are to accommodate you at a convenient time for you to have your vehicle washed.

 

We have both self-serve and Valet options to suit most budgets.  For Valet pricing click here

Vehicles often come in Waves at Waves, so it can be difficult for us to predict. There can be delays in the peak periods, however our aim is to have valet washes out in between 30 and 60 minutes plus. Our team will be able to advise you of current wait times on arrival.

Our team are capable of steam cleans, leather treatments, paint restoration and protection as well as Air conditioning treatments.  For major details, we recommend that you bring the vehicle in for an appraisal, so that we can give you an accurate price, time required and the most suitable time to bring it to Waves. 

Unlimited Wash Club FAQs

You can wash your vehicle as many times as you like during our operational hours whilst you are a Waves Unlimited Wash Club member.

To change your details please email us at info@wavescarwash.com.au , please allow up to 14 days for the changes to be made.

You can cancel your membership at anytime by emailing info@wavescarwash.com.au , please allow 14 days for changes to be made. Or you can login to our VIP Portal on our website and cancel your membership at any time.

You can wash your vehicle at either of our locations whilst you are a Waves Unlimited Wash Club Member.

Yes. To change your wash package please email us at info@wavescarwash.com.au  , please allow up to 14 days for the changes to be made.

Yes. We will deduct your wash package amount on the anniversary of your sign up, monthly.

No. Each wash club is only valid for one specific registration and one vehicle. Your partner would also require to be a Wash Club member to enjoy the benefits.
