1. Waves Unlimited Wash Club is a regular maintenance wash and is not a detailing service.
2. Add-ons can only be purchased in-store and can only be used once.
3. Wash and Vac service includes footwell vacuuming for up to 5 areas and a maximum of 4 mats.
4. The additional row on 7-seater vehicles can be cleaned at an additional cost of $22 per visit.
5. We do not move customers’ seats or belongings when vacuuming Wash and Vac vehicles.
6. Wash and Vac customers are strictly prohibited from using Waves’ products, cloths, sprays, or vacuums on driveways. This is a matter of workplace health and safety and will not be tolerated.
7. Waves Unlimited Wash Club customers must not leave their vehicles on-site for more than 15 minutes after completion of the service. Failure to comply may result in membership cancellation.

1. Express Wash Memberships:

   1. May be used for Express tunnel washes.
   2. Express washing is capped at one visit per day per membership under our Fair Use Policy.

2. Wash and Vac Memberships:

   1. Include unlimited Express Washing (subject to the one-visit-per-day Fair Use cap above).
   2. Includes up to 8 Wash & Vac services per membership month. These services do not roll over or accumulate into the next membership period.
   3. Additional Wash and Vacs after the first 8 in a month can be purchased at $8 per visit.

3. Wash and Vac Plus Memberships:

   1. Include unlimited Express Washing (subject to the one-visit-per-day Fair Use cap).
   2. Include up to 8 Wash and Vac services per membership month. These Washes do not accumulate to the next membership period.
   3. Each membership includes 1 In & Out Package per membership month. This credit is valid for 60 days from the date it is issued.
   4. Additional Wash and Vacs after the first 8 can be purchased at $8 per visit.

4. Weekly and Fortnightly Memberships:

   1. Weekly Wash & Vac memberships may be used for up to 2 Wash & Vac services per week.
   2. Fortnightly Wash & Vac memberships may be used for up to 4 Wash & Vac services per fortnight.
   3. Weekly and fortnightly memberships cannot be paused. These memberships can be cancelled in line with our cancellation terms, but pausing is not available.
   4. Transfers for weekly and fortnightly memberships are assessed individually and may be approved or declined at our discretion.

5. Member-Only Pricing for Extra Services:

   1. Express Wash Members can purchase a single Wash and Vac for $20 per visit.
   2. Express Wash Members can purchase the In and Out package for $119 per visit.
   3. Wash and Vac Members can purchase the In and Out package for $99 per visit.

6.  Automatic Application of Wash & Vac Services

   1. All available Wash & Vac services are applied automatically to the vehicle linked to the membership when the member enters a Waves Carwash site.

   2. Members cannot choose to “save” or bypass an available Wash & Vac service while one remains on their account.

   3. Once all included Wash & Vac services for the relevant membership period have been fully redeemed:

   4. The member may continue using Express Wash services (subject to Fair Use limits), or

   5. The member may purchase an additional Wash & Vac service for that membership period at the applicable member rate.

7. Wash & Vac Allocation & Rollover:

   1. Wash & Vac services are capped at a maximum of 8 per membership month, regardless of billing frequency.

   2. Weekly memberships receive 2 Wash & Vac services per week. Unused services may roll over into the following week, capped at 2 rollover services, meaning a maximum of 4 available at any one time.

   3. Fortnightly memberships receive 4 Wash & Vac services per fortnight. Up to 2 unused services may roll over, allowing a maximum of 6 available at any one time.

   4. Monthly memberships receive 8 Wash & Vac services at the start of each billing period. Unused services do not roll over and expire at the end of the membership month.

   5. Wash & Vac services do not accumulate beyond these limits.

1. Waves Unlimited Wash Club fees are automatically billed to your credit or debit card according to your agreed frequency in advance and continue thereafter until such time as the agreement is terminated by you or Waves Carwash Pty Ltd.
2. Weekly and fortnightly payments can be made after an initial payment of 1 month in advance is paid. Payments will automatically start once the 1st month has expired for your chosen frequency.
3. There are no hidden cancellation charges or long-term commitment contracts.
4. If we are unable to charge a credit/debit card for any reason, the customer’s membership may be suspended or deactivated until payment is successfully collected. Unlimited Wash Club members must login to their online account and renew if 24hrs has passed since the account has become deactivated.
5. Failed payments may suspend access to membership benefits until resolved.
6. No refund or credit will be provided for any unused portion of the Waves Unlimited Wash Club membership.
7. Where a renewal has processed because the membership was not cancelled or paused before the renewal date, any discretionary refund of that renewal may be subject to a $5 surcharge/administration fee.

1. A $5.00 surcharge applies to all transfer requests, regardless of usage or frequency.
2. Waves will transfer your membership to a new registration or vehicle if both of the following conditions are met:
3. No changes have been made to the account in the last 45 days — this includes actions such as pauses, transfers, cancellations, new membership subscriptions, or registration changes.
4. If the membership has been redeemed more than 4 times within the current membership month or membership period (whichever is longer), the transfer will not be automatically approved. In these situations, Waves may decline the transfer and instead offer the option to commence a new membership.
5. Transfers only move the remaining balance of the current membership period. A transfer does not restart, extend or reset the membership billing period or entitlements.
6. Transfers are limited to once every 45 days per membership.
7. No transfers can be carried out for cancelled memberships. A membership must be active to be eligible for a transfer.
8. Transfers for weekly and fortnightly memberships will be assessed individually and may be approved or refused at Waves’ discretion.
9. If the wrong membership package is selected for your vehicle type, our system will automatically correct this and the correct price will apply from the following month.

Frequency of Usage

Members of the Unlimited Wash Club have access to our Phillip and Gungahlin wash tunnel services. While there is no specific limit on the number of washes across a month, Express washing is capped at one visit per day per membership and the above limits apply to weekly/fortnightly and Wash and Vac usage. Excessive usage may be considered abuse.

Disruptive Impact

Abuse may be determined by the impact it has on the availability and quality of services for other members. If a member’s excessive usage prevents others from accessing the service or causes significant delays, it may be deemed abusive. We strive to maintain a smooth and efficient experience for all members.

Fairness

The Waves Unlimited Wash Club operates on the principle of fairness. Abuse occurs when a member’s excessive usage exceeds what is reasonably necessary to maintain a clean vehicle, thereby taking unfair advantage of the membership benefits.

Financial Strain

Abuse may also be identified if a member’s excessively frequent washes go beyond what is reasonably necessary to maintain a clean vehicle and cause financial strain on the business. If the relationship becomes financially unsustainable for Waves Carwash due to abusive usage, appropriate actions may be taken.

If any member’s usage patterns are flagged as potentially abusive, we will conduct a thorough review before taking any action.

We appreciate the understanding and cooperation of all members in respecting these guidelines.

1. Only fully priced car wash services and add-ons can be used to earn or redeem Waves Loyalty Points.
2. Points are earned at a rate of $1 = 0.10 points (i.e. if you spend $36.00 you will receive 3.6 points).
3. Waves Loyalty Points are applied automatically only when you join Waves Rewards.
4. Café items, Express Washes and Waves Unlimited Wash Club cannot be purchased with the use of Waves Loyalty Points.
5. Wash Club washes are not eligible to earn Waves Loyalty Points.
6. Waves Loyalty Points are for personal use only; taxis, limos, dealerships and any other commercially owned vehicles are not eligible to earn Waves Loyalty Points.
7. Loyalty points are not transferable for cash and cannot be used to make split payments. You cannot sell or transfer your points to anyone.
8. Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed for online purchases, including Unlimited Wash Club and Gift Vouchers.
9. Waves reserves the right to terminate your Waves Loyalty Points if you don’t use our facilities to earn or redeem points for 12 consecutive months, or if we believe that you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
10. We reserve the right to discontinue the Waves Loyalty Points program at any time, at our sole discretion, without any liability to you. In the event of discontinuation, we will notify you by publishing a notice on our website at www.wavescarwash.com.au.
11. Waves may change the Waves Loyalty Points program (including the number of points allocated to each wash and how points are earned and redeemed) and these Terms and Conditions at any time, or add new terms or conditions. If we do so, we’ll publish an updated version on our website at www.wavescarwash.com.au. Your continued participation in our Rewards Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
12. Waves Carwash reserves the right to adjust Waves Loyalty Points accrued that have resulted from operator error, computer error and/or fraud or any other reason beyond the control of Waves Carwash.

If there is probable and/or clear evidence to suggest you have not received, or we have under delivered, any part of the wash service which was included in your paid service, we will happily rectify that specific area of the vehicle free of charge within 48 hours unless alternative arrangements have been made directly with our management team.

Only one promotion or discount can be used per visit.

1. A promotion or discount cannot be used:
   1. after payment has been made; or
   2. in conjunction with any other offer or discount; or
   3. with Waves Unlimited Wash Club unless clearly mentioned; or
   4. if already redeemed on the same registration or vehicle owner in our system.
2. Promotions or discounts are:
   1. non-transferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash; and
   2. good only for the specific Service featured per individual discount or promotion.
3. If requested, the customer must provide proof/evidence that a discount is valid or they are eligible for a discount.
4. Waves Carwash reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel a discount offer or promotion at any time.

1. Vouchers are subject to:
   • the specific terms and conditions stated on the Voucher; and
   • these general Voucher terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific terms on the voucher prevail.
2. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
3. Waves will only allow the redemption of 1 Voucher per wash.
4. Vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period.
5. Vouchers must be used in one transaction.
6. Vouchers may only be redeemed once.
7. Vouchers are not redeemable on café items, already discounted washes or Waves Unlimited Wash Club unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Vouchers cannot be used for previously paid washes.
9. Voucher must be surrendered in store upon redemption.
10. If the purchase exceeds the Voucher amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options.
11. Expired Vouchers are not redeemable and Voucher amounts will not be refunded or credited when expired.
12. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed.
13. Waves Carwash does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen Vouchers.
14. Waves Carwash reserves the right to verify the identity of the bearer and to change the terms of use at any time without notice.

1. “Gift Card or Prepaid Card” means an electronic or physical card that has prepaid currency loaded onto it to be spent on Waves Carwash Services in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. The value of the gift card includes GST.
3. Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or other tender.
4. Cannot be exchanged.
5. Cannot be used with Waves Unlimited Wash Club.
6. Gift cards will expire 3 years from the date of issue, unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. If a purchase exceeds the gift card amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options.
8. Must be redeemed within the validity period.
9. Physical gift cards must be surrendered upon redemption in full.
10. Expired gift cards are not redeemable and gift card amounts will not be refunded or credited when expired.
11. We reserve the right to cancel any gift card for any reason at any time without notice. In such instances, we will elect to provide a refund or a replacement gift card.
12. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
13. Waves Carwash does not accept any responsibility for lost gift cards.
14. Waves Carwash reserves the right to adjust Gift Card Values that have resulted from operator error, computer error and/or fraud or any other reason beyond the control of Waves Carwash.
15. Waves Carwash reserves the right to verify the identity of the bearer and to change the terms of use at any time without notice.

1. Seniors may receive a $5 discount on any full-priced service, every Wednesday to Monday. Seniors may receive a $10 discount every Tuesday.
2. A valid Seniors card must be shown if asked.
3. The senior discount must be requested at the time of payment.
4. Senior Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount/promotion or offer including Waves Unlimited Wash Club.

1. Selected offers and discounts may be available at Waves Carwash. These offers are subject to change or discontinuation at our discretion, without prior notice.
2. Please note that certain promotions, such as “Wax on Wednesdays,” may have their own terms and conditions that apply. These terms will be communicated separately and are not covered under the general terms and conditions.
3. When taking advantage of any offer or discount, please ensure that you comply with the specified requirements or conditions outlined for each promotion. Failure to meet the stated conditions may result in the offer or discount being deemed invalid.
4. Offers and discounts cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or offer, unless expressly stated otherwise. All offers can only be redeemed once unless stated otherwise.
5. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any offer or discount at any time, without liability.
6. Please be aware that offers and discounts are subject to availability and may have specific limitations or restrictions. We encourage you to inquire about the details of any offers or discounts before making use of them.

4. Waves Carwash reserves the right to adjust the Waves Special Offer 10%, 15% & 20% Cards, Corporate Discount Cards, Special Member Discount Cards and Waves VIP Key Rings that have resulted from operator error, computer error and/or fraud or any other reason beyond the control of Waves Carwash.
5. Waves Special Offer 10%, 15% & 20% Cards, Corporate Discount Cards, Special Member Discount Cards, and Waves VIP Key Rings are valid for 12 Months.
6. Waves will issue new Waves Special Offer 10%, 15% & 20% Cards, Corporate Discount Cards, Special Member Discount Cards and Waves VIP Key Rings if we can prove without a doubt that you are still eligible to obtain one of these cards or keyrings.

1. “Dealership Cards” means an electronic or physical card that has prepaid currency loaded onto it to be spent on Waves Carwash Services in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. The value of the dealership card includes GST.
3. Waves can only redeem 1 voucher per wash.
4. Dealership Cards will expire 12 months from the date of issue, unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. If the purchase exceeds the dealership card’s value, the balance must be paid by other available payment options.
6. Must be redeemed within the validity period.
7. Physical dealership cards must be surrendered upon redemption in full.
8. Expired dealership cards are not redeemable, amounts will not be refunded or credited when expired.
9. We reserve the right to cancel any dealership card for any reason at any time without notice.
10. Dealership cards are treated like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen dealership cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
11. Waves Carwash does not accept any responsibility for the loss of Dealership cards.
12. Waves Carwash reserves the right to adjust Dealership Card Value that has resulted from operator error, computer error and/or fraud, or any other reason beyond the control of Waves Carwash.
13. Waves Carwash reserves the right to verify the identity of the bearer and to change the terms of use at any time without notice.
14. Only one Dealership Card can be used per Visit.
15. A Dealership Card cannot be used:
    1. after payment has been made; or
    2. in conjunction with any other offer or discount;
    3. with Waves Unlimited Wash Club.
16. Dealership Cards are:
    1. non-transferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash; and
    2. not able to be used in Self-Serve or our Combi Machine during normal business hours.

1. The Referral Program is a way of incentivising existing Unlimited Wash Club members to refer their friends and family to join the Waves Unlimited Wash Club and the referrer and the referee will receive a reward for each signup.
2. Using the ‘Refer a Friend’ option in the Waves Rewards portal, complete the form that will send an invitation email to the referee.
3. Only vehicles that have never had a Wash Club subscription in the past 24 months are eligible to be referred. Likewise, vehicles that are owned by the referrer are not eligible either. A vehicle can only be referred by one person.
4. The registration is the key field to recognise the referral. The new member does not need to join with the same name/email as was entered in the invitation form, but they need to use the same registration.
5. There is no requirement for the referer to have an active Wash Club membership to send an invitation request, however, they will not receive any benefit from doing so.
6. Once an invitation has been sent it cannot be changed.
7. If the registration was entered incorrectly in the invitation, the existing member can simply resend it with the correct registration.
8. If the new member has already joined the wash club before the new invitation has been sent, then it is too late to send a new invitation.

Unless specified on the voucher, here are the Voucher Expiry / Validity Dates:

Please note: Waves Carwash reserves the right to change, cancel, or modify the expiry date of any offer, promotion, or service at its discretion without prior notice.

1. All claims must be reported before leaving the site.
2. Claims require clear evidence that the damage occurred during your visit to Waves Carwash and that Waves is at Fault.
3. If there is no clear evidence, or damage cannot be seen or reconciled with available footage or the normal operation of our equipment, the claim may not be able to proceed.
4. Due to privacy laws, CCTV footage is only available to your insurance company, not directly to customers.
5. Our internal incident reports are for internal use only, but may be provided to your insurer upon request where appropriate.
6. Waves Carwash is not liable for any collision, impact, or damage caused by another driver on site, or by a driver’s own operation or misoperation of their vehicle. Any matters arising from driver error, unsafe maneuvering, or collisions between customers must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

General

• I. The Unlimited Car Wash Club Membership is for one nominated vehicle only.
• II. If you would like to cancel your membership, login into your online account and cancel at any time prior to the end of your membership. Your membership will then cease at the end of the active billing period, no refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.
• III. Membership is for personal use only, taxis, limos and any other commercial vehicles are prohibited to join the Unlimited Car Wash Club unless prior approval is given by Supasplash Car Wash. The Unlimited Car Wash Club membership allows an unlimited number of the included services for a specified, registered vehicle for each month.
• IV. Unlimited Car Wash Club is not permitted to be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions or special offers.
• V. Heavily soiled vehicles may incur a surcharge at the discretion of the attendant in charge.
• VI. Supasplash Car Wash reserves the right to close or shorten hours of operation due to business needs or inclement weather conditions at its sole discretion. In the event pricing or terms and conditions change, the new information will be posted on our website and at our carwash sites. Price changes will take immediate effect for new customers and will be applied after 30 days’ notice to existing Unlimited Car Wash Club customers.
• VII. You will be bound to the Supasplash Car Wash Terms and Conditions of Entry as well as all the conditions listed.

Cleaning of Unlimited Car Wash Club Vehicles:

• I. Supasplash Unlimited Car Wash Club is NOT a detailing service.
• II. Add-Ons if available can only be used once.
• III. Wash and use of Self Service Free Vacuums only included.
• IV. We DO NOT vacuum vehicles for customers, this is self service only.
• V. Unlimited Car Wash and Vacuum customers must use an allocated vacuum bay parking spot only and are NOT to use driveways. This is a Work Health and Safety issue and there are no exceptions.
• VII. Supasplash Carwash reserves the right to cancel a membership if we believe a vehicle is abusing our services.
• VIII. Supasplash Carwash reserves the right to close stores or shorten hours of operation due to business needs, inclement weather conditions and Public Holidays at its sole discretion. In the event pricing or terms and conditions change, the new information will be posted on our website and at our carwash sites. Price changes will tak immediate effect for new customers and will be applied after 30 days’ notice to existing customers.
• IX. By enrolling in the Unlimited Wash Club you agree to adhere to the Supasplash Carwash Terms and Conditions of Entry, in addition to all the conditions outlined in the UNLIMITED WASH CLUB (UWC) – TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
• X. Unlimited Car Wash Club customers are expected to remove their vehicle from site once all cleaning has been finished. Failure to do so my incur cancellation of membership.

Payment for UCWC Vehicles:

• I. Unlimited Car Wash Club fees are automatically billed to your credit or debit card according to your agreed frequency in advance and continue thereafter until such time until such time as the agreement is terminated by you or Supasplash Car Wash.
• II. Payments will be monthly and automatically start at the beginning each elapsed month.
• III. There are no hidden cancellation charges or long-term commitment contracts, your membership may be cancelled by you at your discretion and the cancellation will be effective following the completion of your current paid month of membership.
• IV. If we are unable to charge a credit/debit card for any reason, the customer’s membership will be deactivated immediately.

Please note Unlimited Car Wash Club members can login into their online account and renew after 24hrs has passed since the account has become deactivated. To cancel your membership, customer must login into their online account.
