*Our Standard option uses class-leading SofTecs material and is the ideal wash for most vehicles. Our Brushless option is a touch-free / touchless car wash option that is recommended for utes & 4WD with attachments that may damage the equipment, this includes: large snorkles, roof racks or awnings, fixed aerial, ladder racks.

Asked Questions
Do I need to book?
Bookings aren't required for our valet and Unlimited Wash Club car wash services. Arrive anytime during business hours, seven days a week.
How do I change/cancel/pause my membership?
You can change, cancel or pause your membership at anytime by logging into to our Waves Rewards Portal here on our website.
Where can I wash my vehicle?
You can wash your vehicle at any of our locations whilst you are a Waves Unlimited Wash Club Member.
Can I change my wash package?
Yes. To change your wash package please email us at info@wavescarwash.com.au, please allow up to 14 days for the changes to be made.
Does my credit card get charged?
Yes. It will be charged according to your agreed frequency until cancelled by either party. Weekly and Fortnightly Payments will start after the initial month has been paid upfront.
I am an Unlimited Wash Club Member, Can I wash my partner's car too?
No. Each wash club membership is only valid for one specific registration and one vehicle. Your partner would also require to be an Unlimited Wash Club member to enjoy the benefits.
